- Exchanging or returning
- Exchanging or returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know right-away if you'd like a different size or a refund.
- In store purchases and online local-pickup purchases: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a full refund and up to 14 days to return your items for store credit for in-store purchases.
- For all online shipping orders (excluding local pick up), your package must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery for full refund and up 14 days from date of package arrival for store credit. Returns shipped by mail is at the purchasers expense. For any refunds given on shipping orders, the original shipping expense will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Items must be returned to us unused with all Eleventh House tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
